Our History
NetSentry is the products Division of Guardian Digital Forensics. Guardian Digital Forensics, formerly YourTechnician.com, was established in 2006 in Raleigh, North Carolina. With CEO and Chief Forensics Examiner, Larry Daniel, at the helm, the privately owned forensics consulting company has gained notoriety as a leader in forensics consulting.
Since 2006, Larry has worked with attorneys across the U.S. on high-profile cases. With his weekly forensics radio program and well-followed blog, the Guardian brand is well respected in the forensics world. Larry continues to bring prestige to the Guardian brand as a guest speaker at many conferences around the country, as well as an expert witness in court.
Because of the ever-increasing incidence of cyber crime seen across all business types, Guardian's leaders realized the need for a best-in-class forensics product, and in 2008, began plans to bring such a product to market. The plan has become reality!
The NetSentry products, with solutions for business, law enforcement and government agencies are available through our Partner Network and directly to our Sales Team.

Aish Ramani - Accounting/Finance
Ms. Ramani holds a Masters in Accounting and Financial Management from Devry University, an MBA in Finance from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, India and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Madras, India. Ms. Ramani brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the NetSentry team. Her attention to details, team-player attitude, and non-stop work ethic gives way to superior results in the accounting department.
Don Gilman - VP Sales & Marketing
Mr. Gilman provides leadership, guidance and focus to the marketing team. Through education and experience, he brings a strong foundation for development of marketing strategies; reaching across all market segments. Mr. Gilman fosters team development and building positive relationships with all partners and companies. His dedication to excellence and the ability to keep a customer-first perspective, positions the marketing team for success. He holds a degree in math and sociology from Indiana State University and a computer science degree from Denver Technical College. As a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) Don can easily assure members of the data security community that his advice and recommendations are always industry best practices.
Serigne Ndiayne - Network Engineer & Training
Mr. Ndiaye's education
and extensive real-world experience in all phases of networking—from design to troubleshooting
gives NetSentry the technical base required to assist customers with every
level of their data security. Mr.
Ndiaye's technical skills span the gambit with network technologies such as
TCP/IP, VPN solutions, routing protocols and fiber optics. From network
security software to Cisco routers, Serigne is well versed and exceptionally
experienced to assist network administrators as well as those in the CIO
management team. He holds a computer
engineering degree from North Carolina State University.
Kathleen Carter - Principal
Utilizing her 20-plus years of experience in education, telecommunications and project management, Ms. Carter is well equipped to lead the NetSentry team. As Principal and President of the NetSentry Division, she is responsible for all aspects of the business.
